A huge thankyou to all 28 ladies who took part in our Mrs RD Watson Ladies Open Competition kindly sponsored by Signature Gifts Ltd. After wet and windy conditions all night the weather was kind to us, even the sun made an appearance! The course was in great condition, thanks to Ross Drysdale getting it set up for his first open competition as Greenkeeper. Also many thanks to Laura Lawson, for keeping us fed, with soup, filled rolls and tray bakes. The results are as follows:

Ladies Handicap Salver winner: Susan King 89 – 19 = 70 (BIH)

2nd Cilla Strain 87 – 17 = 70 (BIH)

3rd Sandra McGinn 89 – 19 = 70
